WE are supplier of bonny light crude oil in nigeria,we can supply from 2000,000 barrel to 4000000 barrel per month. we understand many buyer many are afraid of non performance of seller in nigeria likewise seller afraid of defaulted buyers in overseas. we are transparent seller all buyer knows without POF confirmable NNPC will not allowed and financial institute will not finance the logistic and others which we are all know that.2%pb buyer do demand is performance guarantee done by seller bank,and seller bank will love to see assurance of performance before answer their counterpart institute. We now try to balance the situation by demanding for POF of the buyer before activate 2%pb or if buyer can do without pb by given 10% LC of total cost of the cargo called partial LC to enable us charter vessel program it and load and conduct inspection because base on Q&Q certificate full LC will be issued.We be so glad if you can reason and work with us in this aspect.
